The Sgroppino is a blended cocktail originating in Venice, Italy (of course). A fresh twist adding lychee to the lemon, gelato, vodka and prosecco – a beautiful, fresh, summer dessert-like drink that brings everyone back to life after a long lunch. First created in 2024 and now happily given a place in this new series
