Terms and Conditions

1. The Promoter

This giveaway is promoted by the author of Tender (“the Promoter”), contactable at tendercookbook@gmail.com. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc.

2. Eligibility

  1. This giveaway is open to residents of Australia only.

  2. Participants must be aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.

  3. Employees of the Promoter, their immediate family members, and anyone professionally connected with the giveaway are not eligible to enter.

3. Promotion Periods

There are two separate giveaway rounds, each with its own prize pack and entry period:

Prize Pack 1

Opens: Thursday, 13 March 2026. Closes: 6:00 PM AEDT, Friday, 20 March 2026. Entries received after this closing date will not be considered for Prize Pack 1.

Prize Pack 2

Opens: Saturday, 21 March 2026. Closes: 6:00 PM AEDT, Friday, 27 March 2026. Entries received after this closing date will not be considered for Prize Pack 2.

Each entry is valid for the prize pack round in which it is received only. Participants may enter both rounds, provided they submit a valid entry within each respective entry period.

4. How to Enter

  1. To enter either prize pack round, participants must:

  • Purchase a pre-order copy of Tender via an authorised online retailer or bookstore; and

  • Email proof of purchase (receipt) to tendercookbook@gmail.com during the applicable entry period.

  1. Only one entry per person per prize pack round is permitted. Submitting multiple entries or receipts from the same email address will not increase a participant’s chances of winning — duplicate entries from the same email address will be disqualified and counted as a single entry only.

  2. The winner of Prize Pack 1 is not eligible to enter or win Prize Pack 2.

  3. Proof of purchase must clearly show the purchase date, retailer name, and book title.

  4. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entry that is fraudulent, incomplete, or does not comply with these terms.

5. The Prizes

Prize Pack 1 — valued at approximately A$729

One (1) Prize Pack 1 will be awarded, consisting of:

  • One (1) Chasseur 30cm Low Round Casserole in Azure — French cast iron cookware (RRP A$469);

  • One (1) custom designed “Love Me, Tender” Belgian linen tea towel by Every Night of the Week (RRP A$60);

  • One (1) signed “Ossobucco Fat” watercolour art print by Every Night of the Week (RRP A$20);

  • Two (2) tickets to the Tender Q&A launch event at Gertrude & Alice Bookstore, Bondi, on Tuesday, 31 March 2026, including one (1) copy of Tender (total ticket value A$80).


Prize Pack 2 — valued at approximately A$599

One (1) Prize Pack 2 will be awarded, consisting of:

  • One (1) Breville Fast Slow Pro™ pressure cooker and slow cooker (RRP A$419);

  • One (1) custom designed “Love Me, Tender” Belgian linen tea towel by Every Night of the Week (RRP A$60);

  • One (1) signed “Dirty” Martini watercolour art print by Every Night of the Week (RRP A$20);

  • One (1) A$100 gift voucher to Peter’s Meats.


  1. All prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other substitute, except at the Promoter’s sole discretion.

  2. Event tickets (Prize Pack 1) are subject to the terms and conditions of the venue. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for cancellation or rescheduling of the event outside of its control.

  3. Gift vouchers are subject to the terms and conditions of the issuing retailer.

  4. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize component with one of equal or greater value if circumstances require.

  5. The Promoter makes no representation as to any tax implications of receiving a prize.

6. Winner Selection

  1. One winner will be selected at random for each prize pack from all valid entries received within the applicable entry period.

  2. Each draw will take place within 5 business days of the respective closing date.

  3. Winners will be notified via direct message on Instagram and/or by email within 48 hours of the draw.

  4. If a winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

  5. Winners’ Instagram handles or first names may be announced on the Promoter’s Instagram account.

7. Privacy

Personal information collected as part of this giveaway will be used solely to administer the promotion and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except where required by law. By entering, participants consent to the Promoter contacting them in relation to this giveaway. The Promoter handles personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

8. General Conditions

  1. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all matters relating to this giveaway.

  2. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend either giveaway round at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.

  3. This giveaway is subject to all applicable Australian laws and regulations.

  4. Any dispute arising from this giveaway is subject to the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

  5. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in this giveaway or use of the prize.

9. Release of Instagram / Meta

By entering this giveaway, participants acknowledge that this promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc.
