A no-heat caramel perfect for everything sweet - three ingredients, one bowl, sticky sweet happiness!

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup tahini

2 tablespoons maple syrup

1 pinch of salt


METHOD

Stir everything together well to combine and serve.

HINTS

Can be made and stored at room temperature in an airtight container for a week - just stir before serving.

Tahini brands vary in thickness, so loosen with an extra drizzle of maple syrup or a splash of warm water if yours is on the stiff side.

Pour it over no-churn ice cream, hot cross buns, pancakes, porridge or roasted fruit - anywhere caramel belongs, this goes.
