Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 240°C (475°F) fan-forced. Oil your two largest baking trays.
  2. Prepare the pizza dough by combining the flour, yeast, lukewarm water, olive oil, salt, and sugar until the mixture becomes smooth and elastic. Divide the dough in half and roll out two thin rectangles to fit the trays.
  3. Brush the rolled-out dough with the blended mixture of garlic-infused olive oil and salt.
  4. Sprinkle 1-2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the oiled dough. Then, sprinkle the fresh rosemary leaves on top.
  5. Place sliced tomatoes and sliced mozzarella on the dough. Sprinkle with chili flakes for added heat.
  6. Bake the pizzas for around 15 minutes until the crust is cooked and the toppings are bubbly and golden.
