Instructions

  1. Scoop the frozen sorbet into a bowl.
  2. Pour in half of the Prosecco and fork whisk until you have a smooth icy mixture (this could also be done in the bowl of a stand mixer with the whisk attachment).
  3. Whisk in the vodka and remaining Prosecco.
  4. Pour into glasses and enjoy.
  5. Make ahead 4hrs and store in jars in the freezer.
